1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and kp67 ("kp67", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the kp67 website located at https://kp67.cam ("Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or making use of any service offered through kp67, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms, rules or guidelines published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

kp67 is an online gaming information and entertainment platform. It does not hold a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial regulatory authority. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual user account created by a registered User upon completing the kp67 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total monetary value held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and/or bonus funds as applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free-play credit, or incentive-based funds credited to a User's Account that are subject to wagering requirements and other bonus-specific conditions.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, software, data, audio, video, odds, game results, and other material published on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, which may include submission of identity documents, proof of address, source of funds documentation and other information as required by the operator.
• "Platform" means the kp67 website accessible at https://kp67.cam, including all sub-pages, features, tools and services available thereon.
• "Services" means the online gaming, sports betting, casino game information, and related entertainment services provided through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets a User must place before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the kp67 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an Account:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts and other legal structures may not register as individual Users.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ascertain the legal position in your own jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register maintained by the operator or any recognised third-party responsible gambling authority.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or using your Account.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. You must not use false, misleading or third-party identity information.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To access the full range of Services available on the kp67 Platform, you are required to complete the account registration process by providing accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details.

kp67 operates KYC procedures in accordance with standard online gaming compliance practice. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals or certain Platform features are made available to you:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card — CNIC, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of current residential address, dated within three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement).
• Source of funds documentation if requested during enhanced due-diligence review.
• Proof of payment method ownership where required prior to processing a withdrawal.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. kp67 will not be liable for any loss, damage or misuse arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify kp67 immediately via the support channels listed in Section 15.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date at all times. kp67 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where false, misleading or incomplete information is detected, and to retain any balance pending investigation where fraud is suspected.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the kp67 Platform solely for lawful, personal and recreational purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination and forfeiture of Account balances:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud or any activity that violates applicable financial crime regulations.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or to place bets.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Systematically exploiting bonus or promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational use ("bonus abuse").
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or impairs the Platform's infrastructure or the experience of other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise extract proprietary code or software from the Platform.

kp67 reserves the right to investigate any Account it reasonably suspects of engaging in prohibited conduct and to take such remedial action — including suspension, closure and balance forfeiture — as it deems appropriate in the circumstances.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits made to your kp67 Account must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. Payment method availability varies and is subject to change. Payment provider names referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited for user familiarity only. Their inclusion does not imply any endorsement of gambling services or any formal partnership with kp67.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of applicable KYC verification. kp67 reserves the right to process withdrawals only to payment methods previously used to make deposits. Processing times, minimum withdrawal amounts, and any applicable fees are communicated within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation where fraud, money laundering or Terms violations are suspected.

Account balances and transaction amounts may be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) or in another supported currency as specified at the time of registration. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by the Platform and may include a conversion margin. Users should review the applicable rates prior to transacting.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

kp67 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only and may not be claimed by Users who have been excluded from promotional offers.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per User, household, device, IP address or payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30×) is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet amounts during an active bonus period apply. Bets exceeding the stipulated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any derived winnings being voided.
• Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games may contribute 100% while live casino games typically contribute a lower percentage — specific contribution rates are set out in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the specified time period (commonly 7–30 days). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• kp67 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or discontinue any promotion at any time, and to exclude any User from a promotion at its sole discretion.

Users who are found to be abusing bonus structures, including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play patterns, may have their bonus access revoked and any winnings derived from abusive play voided.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity conducted through the kp67 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, as published within the Platform. The following general rules apply across all Services:

• All bets are final once confirmed and may not be cancelled or amended after placement, except in circumstances expressly provided for in the applicable game or sports-betting rules.
• kp67 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been materially misrepresented, where a manifest error in odds has occurred, or where the integrity of the event or game outcome is under investigation.
• Payouts for all winning bets are credited to the User's Account Balance in accordance with the applicable odds or game payout table at the time the bet was accepted.
• kp67 reserves the right to impose individual staking limits, market-specific limits or cumulative liability limits on any User or category of Users at any time, without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live session, bets may be settled on the basis of available data at the time of the failure in accordance with applicable game rules. kp67 is not liable for losses arising from genuine and unavoidable technical disruptions.

Sports betting markets on the kp67 Platform cover events including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football leagues, UFC and other combat sports. All odds are quoted in decimal format and are subject to change prior to match commencement. Live betting odds update in real time. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed and system-recorded odds at the time a bet was placed, the system-recorded odds shall prevail.

Casino games, including slot games and live dealer tables, are governed by their own in-game rules and RTP specifications. Quoted RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any particular return in individual play sessions. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) where applicable, or by live physical processes in the case of live dealer games.

9 Responsible Gambling

kp67 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can become a problem for some individuals and we take our obligations in this area seriously. Users are strongly encouraged to make use of the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options.

Gambling is intended to be a form of adult entertainment. It must never be used as a means of generating income, relieving financial pressure, or addressing personal difficulties. Adults 18+ only — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator licence jurisdiction. kp67 reserves the right to enforce responsible gambling measures, including restricting account activity or initiating a mandatory cooling-off period, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

10 Suspension & Termination

kp67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, collusion or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• Evidence of prohibited software usage, including bots or automation tools.
• Conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or to other Users.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure initiated by the User, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the User following successful completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, subject to any applicable withholding for legitimate investigation purposes. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kp67 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or Services.

kp67's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that User in the preceding 12-month period, or such lesser sum as may apply in the relevant licence jurisdiction.

12 Intellectual Property

All Content on the kp67 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of kp67 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of kp67.

Any feedback, suggestions or other submissions you provide to kp67 regarding the Platform may be used by kp67 without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you.

13 Privacy & Data

Your use of the kp67 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this Agreement. The Privacy Policy sets out how kp67 collects, uses, stores, shares and protects your personal data, and describes the rights available to you in relation to your personal information.

By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy in full before registering an Account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary gaming licence, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory local law.

In the first instance, kp67 encourages Users to raise any complaint or dispute directly with the kp67 support team via the contact details provided in Section 15. kp67 will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and in good faith. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, Users may have recourse to dispute resolution mechanisms available under the applicable licence jurisdiction.

For Pakistani Users: nothing in these Terms affects or limits any rights you may have under Pakistani consumer protection or contract law. However, given the complex legal status of online gambling in Pakistan, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977, you are strongly advised to seek independent legal advice before pursuing any dispute resolution process.
